University Housing Program

Overview
The University Housing Program is designed for students enrolled in accredited universities located in St. Louis, Missouri, or Illinois. This program provides secure, fully furnished, all-inclusive housing at a fixed reduced rate for the full duration of the student’s academic program.
Eligibility
- Proof of active enrollment in a qualifying university
- Valid student documentation required prior to approval
Lease Terms
- Lease duration: 3 months up to 10 years, aligned with the student’s academic program
- Fully furnished, all-inclusive housing (utilities, electricity, water, high-speed internet)
Occupancy
- 1 person per unit
- Additional occupant: $50/month (utilities surcharge)
Payment Structure
- Monthly payments made through the Dream House Management resident portal
- 1-month security deposit, applied as the final month’s rent (non-refundable)
Payments & Security
- Monthly rent paid via dreamhmanagement.com resident portal
- 1-month security deposit required
- Applied as the final month’s rent
- Not refundable
Payment Enforcement
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month
- Failure to pay results in:
- Immediate contract termination
- Removal from the property
- Permanent blacklisting from Dream House Management programs
Payment Method
- Payments can be made via ACH bank transfer or credit card. Please note that credit card payments are subject to additional processing fees.
- A payment card authorization (card on file) is required, similar to Airbnb
- Used in case of:
- Property damage
- Damage to common areas or exterior spaces
- Furniture or equipment damage

- Furnished apartments
- Water, electricity, and high-speed internet
- Furniture and essential household equipment
