Overview

This exclusive program is reserved for Pine Lawn residents or property owners who require temporary or mid-term housing through Dream House Management’s Airbnb residences.

Eligibility

  • Proof of Pine Lawn property ownership or
  • Proof of Pine Lawn residence (utility bill or official document)

Booking Terms

  • Minimum reservation: 3 months
  • Reduced, all-inclusive rate
  • Fully furnished units including utilities and internet

Occupancy

  • Base occupancy defined per unit
  • $50/month per additional occupant, up to the maximum allowed per apartment

Payment Structure

  • Monthly payments through the Dream House Management portal, even when booked under Airbnb
  • 1-month security deposit, used as the final month’s payment

Payments & Security

  • Monthly rent paid via dreamhmanagement.com resident portal
  • 1-month security deposit required
    • Applied as the final month’s rent
    • Not refundable

Payment Enforcement

  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month
  • Failure to pay results in:
    • Immediate contract termination
    • Removal from the property
    • Permanent blacklisting from Dream House Management programs

Payment Method

  • Payments can be made via ACH bank transfer or credit card. Please note that credit card payments are subject to additional processing fees.
  • A payment card authorization (card on file) is required, similar to Airbnb
  • Used in case of:
    • Property damage
    • Damage to common areas or exterior spaces
    • Furniture or equipment damage
